Four or five wires run in tight parallel down the right side of a vertical frame, cutting across a sky split between two moods — heavy dark cloud in the upper corner, soft glowing haze lower down. The lines converge slightly as they rise, like the ribs of a fan half-opened.

It's a study in parallel rhythm set against a gradient of light, the wires giving the eye a firm structure to hold onto while the sky behind them drifts between storm and glow.
