Tennessee
Tennessee is the place I chose, not the place I started. I moved here as an adult and had to learn its light the slow way — the fog that sits in the valleys at dawn, the way the hills change color through October, the small towns that don't give up their character to anyone in a hurry. These photographs are what came out of that learning, a few years in.
