A dramatically leaning oak, its canopy hung thick with moss, dominates this wide black-and-white frame, with rows of low headstones visible at its base. Many of Bonaventure's oldest oaks lean like this over the graves beneath them, the effect of centuries of growth toward whatever light broke through the canopy first.
Another pass through the cemetery's older sections, taken low and wide to get the full sweep of the tree into frame.
