Here the frame tightens in on a cluster of large, rounded boulders crowding both sides of the channel, the water reduced to a bright, blurred thread working its way between and around them. Less sky and canopy are visible than in the wider shot — the boulders themselves are the subject now.
The long exposure again smooths the water into something closer to mist than liquid, but the mood shifts from open river to something more enclosed and geological — stone doing most of the talking, water just finding its way through.
