A third view of the Forum, from another vantage. The Temple of Castor and Pollux — three Corinthian columns still standing — dates from the late first century BC; the Temple of Vespasian, on the other side, from the late first century AD. A hundred years separates them; eighteen centuries separate both from the photographer.
Photographed in October 2016 in black and white during my first time in Rome.
