A second view of the bridge, in a square format and from a different vantage. The shops on the Ponte Vecchio extend out over the river on both sides, supported by sporti — wooden corbels that lean precariously over the water. They have looked like this since the Renaissance, and they will likely look like this for another five hundred years.

Made in October 2016 during my first trip to Italy.
