Lines Under Storm

Two wires slice down through a sky gone dark and swollen with storm, crossing near the bottom right in a sharp, narrow V. The clouds behind them roll and pile in heavy, high-contrast masses, lit pale at the edges and black at the core.

The wires read as the only stable, man-made geometry in a frame otherwise given entirely to weather — thin, taut lines set against something enormous and about to break. The tension between the two is the whole picture.
