Lines Between Buildings

A single wire cuts diagonally across a narrow slot of sky pinched between two tall buildings, an ornate lamp fixture mounted on the wall at right and a third building visible further back through the gap. The architecture does the framing; the wire does the drawing.

It's a composition about confinement — the sky given only a sliver of the frame, the wire the one loose, irregular element inside all that hard-edged vertical structure.
